I have a real bad ass maint guy that works for me. He can build / repair anything I have given him.

I was talking to him about a project and he said "this is a tough one."
I said "yea I wasn't sure if you could do it or not"
He replied "fu ck you I am going to do it twice"

give me enough time and I will find the right motivator button for each person.

I've had a few customers that wanted some tricky shit.

When I tell them "This is a tough one", irregaurdless of what they say, what I'm thinking is "I'm gonna charge you double"
