It has been sometime since a m&g. The last one was good and I am ready for the next one. Like I said last time beer and cheesestake's. And let try to get closer to nj they seem to be growing and it would be nice to meet some that aren't named bob. Don't get me wrong I want the bob's to come as well. So let's get on this.

Go ahead and set one up. Any member can do it. Pick a place, give people approx 4 weeks notice, and put up a post. Send a PM to the NAC BOD and they will sticky it at the top of the forum.

I have always said... "If you plan it, they will come." Sometimes the "They" is 6 people, and sometimes its 36 or more (and sometimes its 6 people named Bob...)

We should maybe try the pic a lilli inn in shamong. Wednesdays are 10 bucks all you can eat wings. Maybe over the winter as we have rocktoberfest coming up pretty soon

theres some nice parks out there like - Ridley - Blue Marsh? French Creek... I gotta look at a map. But it would be cool do do it up where you could bring a grille & do dome dogs & Burgers...

I'll look at a map & post up ideas later

During the week would be hard for most people. Is there any place near the jersey Philly line that would work for this?

Basic needs for a place to M&G:
-Plenty of parking
-Good decently priced food
-Seating for a big group
It would be nice if they serve beer, but not a basic need (wow, I must be getting old...)
Think of some of the favortie places in your area... something may work for a M&G.

I really like doing the state park type of thing too. The burgers/dogs/supplies cost $$ that the NAC BOD should cover, but it needs to be planned out. Also, during the winter months its better to take things indoors.

Yeah state park is a good idea, but like andy said, that may be more of a spring time thing...Victory in downingtown is a good spot for a M&G but not sure how far that is for everyone. They have good food/beer

the rocking stone where the misfits show was is a great place. the have good food, nice place to sit, plenty of parking and who knows by then they may have their obstacle course done.

Its warm enough, OP - just post up a place (please say a bar) and a date and just see what happens. I'm all for it. Where would you go. Post it & lets rock that sit.

Yeah, I would go there again. Its easy to get to as well as potentially having some stuff to drive your Jeep over too.
