PA Jeeps Show 7-20/21...???

Iirc, Naxja has run a vendor booth there for the past few years. Am I to assume that isnt happening this year? If we are, I would like to volunteer my help now, time is running short. Either way, I will at least be attending Sunday...anyone else? :dunno:

It surprises me its not standard procedure. The show appears to be getting bigger every year. Great way to grow the NAC family. Rick Bear was very positive about NAXJA the year I pushed for NAC to get a booth.

I'm sure AndyinPA has the sticker info, MDXJ might have the pamphlet stuff MrsMDXJ typed up... I'm sure there will be support for it if you get it going. ***NAC needs a new Booth banner - theyre Dirt cheap on ebay. JFC had one made & it rocks.
 
I heading to the show saturday morning for the day, hopefully next year I will be there for the whole show as I should have a new to my CJ-8 soon.

Please do... Nobody seems to want to pick this up since I stopped setting it up. I have Rick Bears number. I am sure he has space left over and you could still reserve a spot for NAC this year yet. Have the NAC BOD re-imburse you whatever the cost is. It is an excellent event to get NAXJA noticed. Rcman should still have stickers and such to hand out too.

I don't think I will make it out there this year.

YOU’RE CLUBS OFFICIAL INVITATION
DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 Club Booth Space is on a “First Come-First Serve” basis.
 You cannot sell food and/or drinks within the event. This is contracted through the Fairgrounds.
 We’ll provide you with a FREE space (15’ wide x 40’ deep) for a booth to advertise your Club, its
activities, events, selling your club merchandise as well as solicit memberships.
 Your club logo will be placed within the events program distributed to all Jeep owners attending.
 We’ll provide “wrist-band” passes for two members to run your booth for the weekend. Others
must pay admission. Clear this with Show Chairman Rick Bear personally upon arrival.
 Due to the limited availability of space for Club booths available, you MUST contact our Jeep Show
Chairman FIRST for availability of space.

Sorry to hear you wont be there. I will make some calls tomorrow and try to Forrest Gump something for this, it breaks my heart to see it slip.

How bout that hand out info sheet? maybe email in text form to Rich (or have MrsMDXJ email it to Rich)...

Heck I'd even help get a new banner made up (one that is a bit more attractive) :bunny:
