Attendence: Hards91XJ, Ecksjay, Sniggs, Railroadjeep, GIJohn, Willis, Xjourney, and Andy

1. Northwest Fest 2005

A. Where: Naches ,WA

B. When: July 16/17

C. Volunteers?
1. Event Coordinator: Hans (Xjourney)
2. Trail Coordinator: Howard (Hards91xj)
a. Trail Leaders: Looking for volunteers
3. Meal Coordinator: Phil (Ecksjay)

D. Events:

1. Raffles
a. 50/50 Raffle: Possible depending on how many come to NWF
b. Prizes: Looking for NW companies to donate
c. Awards: Finesse, Longest Trip, And Best Breakage. (pending)

2. Big Saturday Dinner
a. Food: Depends on fire danger, NWC supplied
b. Cost: Included one Meal Ticket in registration
price. Extra Meal Ticket prices yet to be determined.

E. Pre-registration:
1. Cost? Member: Pending Non-member: Pending

F. Registration:
1. Cost? Member: Pending Non-member: Pending
Non-member w/ one year membership included: Pending

G. Camping: Camping left up to the individual.
Suggest Kaner Flats $10 per site + $5 per additional vehicle

H. Hotel: Left up to individuals

I. Other suggestions? Safety inspections will be performed.
Requirement list to come out in the future

A. Where: TSF/Browns Camp
B. When: September/October

3. BBQ Get Together?
A. Where: Eastern Washington
B. When: Late Spring/ Early Summer

4. Club Finances
A. $70 made on Decal sales so far.
B. Have collected $25 in donations for a one year membership for BOXJER

5. Club Decal
A. Decal: Cost $130($55 loaned from XJourney) for 54 stickers. Have
sold 14 of them for $5 a piece. For a total of $70
B. Tee-shirts: Pending decal sales
C. Banner: Pending decal sales

6. Other Club Business
A. Alaska: Motion to adopt Alaska has been tabled pending further study
B. British Columbia: Motion to adapt BC has been tabled pending
further study

Excellent meeting we got alot accomplished and discussed even more. Thank you to all that showed up.

The lift is GREAT!! I'm trying to get shit together for a trip out of town. I'll try to make some time tomorrow evening to post the pics that I got...

Yep thats me after going around another white xj :laugh3: that couldn`t go any further and I had to come back and :laugh3: PULL Him up the hill and then assist a dodge pu so he could turn around.

I wanted to go on that snow run, but I work nights, so attending the run wasnt really an option for me. Not unless I wanted to fall asleep that night while driving a 250 ton piece of rolling equipment. :wow:
