You can add me to the list as confirmed. Is the meeting place still at Jimmy Ds prior to heading out to the trailhead (read on the other post that it could be at the Safway)? What time is everyone leaving from Jimmy Ds/meeting spot (won't be able to make it for breakfast). If someone can leave a contact number/CB channel that would be great in case some of us are running a little late.

Watch this thread - Phone numbers will be posted.

Mine is (206)909-8324

CB Channel 4

My buddys backed out, but I will still be there with my dad riding shotgun for his first time out in the jeep. Anyone else taking the ferry besides me or will I be the only one?

Just a reminder, even though this is a "NOOB" run, be sure to bring the essentials. Even the most mild run can turn nasty with the right conditions.

Spare tire with tools to change
Tow Strap
Recovery tools
Food/Water, Change of clothes and boots
If you have a CB, Bring it! We've also had good luck using the hand held FRS/GMRS radios too.

I just called Jimmy D's and saved us a whole section for us so we would not have to be spread out, i will be there at 730 if anyone wants to be there a bit early you can call me at 360-731-7172 or 253-261-5269. lets all have some fun.

i should be there around 10am or so, hopefully earlier. if anyone is coming from the north end and taking the ferry we can caravan down.

Looks like I'm out then, no spare tire :) hahaha

J/K. I'll be there, but I gotta yank the spare to fit the back seat back in for the kiddos. Not coming for breakfast, I'll be at Safeway at 9am.

So I have an Oregon OHV sticker... and I'm assuming I'll need to purchase a Washington OHV sticker. Correct?

You have license plates... Good enough here :)

BUT you do have to have a spark arresting type of muffler and they DO inspect at Tahuya. The catalytic converter does NOT qualify and any glasspack type (straight through) muffler does not qualify.
