thanks. a lot of cops just stare, some shake their head and continue on their way. ive been pulled over twice but let go with warnings. boths cops were asking questions about the jeep the whole time. i get a ton of looks from everyone. lol ive noticed people taking pictures with their cell phones.

Good luck dude. I got pulled over in Ocean City, MD and raped with tickets. 3 repair orders and $350 worth of fines from a state trooper, then an OC cop in less than 4 hours. Never had a problem from any cops before this.

That's to be expected in maryland. I make it a point to stay out of there as much as I can. I've gotten 3 tickets in maryland passing thru in a work truck.

I drove my gold jeep last year without getting bothered. my tires were sticking out a good 8" with no flares and I had no doors. I'm not worried.

what kind of up vs down travel do you get with the sliders?

and how do you like them on the street?

Thanks man. Haven't really measured the travel. I love em on the street. Changing lanes on the highway at 75mph is a breeze compared to my old rig with a big shackle
