Need Parts Train from Murietta to ???

I have some shocks in Murietta that need to get to Noah. Unless someone is running up to Panamint Springs, I'm not sure where they need to go. Possibly to La Mirada, to cracker. Possibly to Asa?

Can anyone get this things closer to LA?

Thanks, David Bricker / SYR - ATL

I have the previously mentioned shocks at my place, let me or David know if anyone can get on the choo choo.

If (and that is a big "if") I get my Jeep put back together within the next 3 weeks I am going to be going to Beatty. Planned route is 15 to Baker then 127 N. Not quite where you need things to go, but perhaps useful, depending on ...?

Why you go the long and less scenic route?

Go 15 to 395 to Trona Rd, through the delightful and fragrant town of Trona. Into Panamint Valley, stop at PSR for shocks and a beer, then over 190 and to Beatty via Mud Canyon.

Thanks for the option - we can see how this plays out.

Avery's would be good. It's turning into Bricker West, anyway.

I'll PM you.

Thanks.

If you go that route let me know. I can meet you at Sierra Ave on the I-15 and we can exchange parts and belts.

Parts train appears to be successfully scheduled. Thank you very much, xjrick94!!!

I won't be going that way, but it's possible Noah will be coming down that way at some point.

Tim and I need to catch up at some point.

But I don't get to choose the route on this trip. That is the prerogative of the Trail Boss. I think Ibex Springs is the destination that dictates this portion of the trip.

Not a problem Tom. I was just throwing it out there. Thanks David, I need to link up with Noah at some point in the future too.

You're welcome. Let me just confirm with the guy in SD to make sure that my axle is ready. It worked out great since i will then bolt on my axle and drive my jeep over to Avery anyway. Now I get to drink his beer shipment while he finishes my jeep! lol

Thanks! Avery's Yuengling inventory, I believe, is depleted until I get out there again. The stuff from Ben is dangerous. It will make you go blind. But, you are welcome to a bottle for your trouble, if it interests you.

Thank you Rick, thank you Dean for the help. That indeed was quick!

Conveniently i was selling a motorcycle wheel and met up with someone in Murietta not far from Dean's house to make the deal. It was enough to cover the cash that i handed over to the guy doing the nickel rod welding on the truss.

I left my house in LA at 6am and headed to Carlsbad, La Mesa, Murietta, Fontana, then made it back home by noon.
