Is it just me or did you guys actually weld up the spring perches by mocking up the axle as installed?

Did you take it back off to get them fully welded up?

Yes, and no. I fully welded them while the axle was under the Jeep. There was plenty of room and I felt we didn't need to pull it out again.

Haha yeah, I actually think we should be good. Jon, I cant remember if I told you this but I should be ordering a couple aussies and grabbing some junkyard spare shafts/unit bearings within the next couple of months. Im thinking we take a weekend, add a case and turn it into a party. Or maybe your home brew stuff haha, brandon loved it

Blocks!!!!!!!!!!!:roflmao:

That bumper looks tight on your rig, I want to get one when i have the money. Which i hope will be this summer. How do you like it? Do you have the steering brace and uni body tie ins?

Yeah thanks man. I like it alot, Im having trouble remembering,l but it has like $200 of unibody support stuff already on there, like im saying if you got a differnt bumper you would have to add it, it attatches to the unibody by something rediculous like 8 bolts per side and goes back like a foot braced to it, for an extra 50 (or was it 100) you can get a CROK inner brace, but no need for the outer, as it is already there. I have a stupid strong winch (9k, goes a lot farther than you might think) and it has managed to bend the mounting plate of the bumper for the winch. You're supposed to put a block of rigid metal (Idk what to use, something that will crack before it bends) underneath the bumpers winch mounting plate, thats like 12"x5" and like 1/4" thick and bolt it up like that, i didnt do that so that might be why, most people dont. But it is a truly sick bumper, its got hooks on it too and the corner signal guards are crucial. It has a cross member skid also so no worries about pinching in your frame rails. It has a very mellow stinger hoop that peeks over the hood, passengers complement on how it looks all the time, kinda like a battering ram haha. But anyway.. I LOVE IT!
