im also going to have prerunner hoops for lights. gonna bend those up after i get the main stuff finished

waterproof? like cover it in plastic? no no no, that would just make it to heavy. hahaha

looks nothing like mock up, what happened?

heres some pics from what i got done today before i ran out of wire :(

no wire makes fabbin' rather difficult.

good things come to those who wait

course just the scraps from those who work hard and get there first!!

This is going to rub being this long... Cut it back about 1.5" Nice start, going to look good when done

well my tire doesnt hit there. andi f it ever starts hitting i'll grab the grinder and cutting wheel :)

I say it looks fine, still in the rough!! The welds could be better but I am pretty sure he is not the master welder you are.....

haha the welds are not the prettiest. i knew i only had a few mins of wire left and had to get the whole bumper at least road worthy haha. tomorrow with a new role i'll show off what i can do when not racing myself haha. you can see on one (not in the pics ) where i got stopped mid-bead cause i ran out

My critiques, take them as you will:
Those d-ring mounts look like they are only 14 sheets of paper thick. Might want to beef 'em up.
Also, add a 2" receiver.

im gona be adding half inch thick on the sides of the clevis ( d-ring ) mounts and notching the tube a little bit so that the half inch is tied in too.

and im probally not gona bother adding a receiver. no need for it haha

Your welds would really be helped if you cleaned up the material prior to welding.
