My Green Machine Blog

i just replaced my u joints the other night, kept hearing a tinny clinking noise, come to find out one of the 4 caps at the front joint was pure dust. threw in some cheap $8.99 joints from kragen. they look pretty decent though.

I want to go to eagle lakes so bad, I'm up! (or down?)
Kehoe, not sure if i've seen you around, how do you know brandon?

This blog is getting too quiet, just thought i'd update it.

fix the door ding? are you not going to wheel it anymore?

maybe address your shackle angle?

Oh Im going to wheel it, I just figured why not fix it, it was the only thing that bugged me about the last pic.

I could, do I fix the angle with new shackles or what?

you could grab some of these relocation brakets, they will give you 1.5" of lift.. you could swap your shackle with and MJ shackle and have the same stance out back. just an idea....

He has boomerang (probably spelt that wrong) shackles and there on backwards. There not kicking back out. I told him to flip them :dunno: but I agree on the shackle box.

So flipping them is the easiest way, but if I wanted to upgrade and go taller get the relocation brackets? Or just totally replace them with the MJ ones..which will just give me the desired angle or also give me lift?

if you were to get the relocation brackets and use your boomerangs you would sit high in the rear, they give you about 1.25" of lift. so you will need to get a smaller shackle, mj? tnt? but smaller none the less.

ya, ya, ya I know lol....a whole month sheesh... Nothing has happened though. No new parts, barely even driven it because school was out.... and no money comin' in for parts :/
Yes the waxing is done rocknxj, looks very shiny and feels like your forehead hehe
