well these are a bit old, was going through my computer organizing a lot of pictures, figured I would post them here. These are clickable thumbnails, click them for the larger version:
broken #6 connecting rod. Happened 4k mi after a major hydro incident. Motor was cleaned and flushed out twice. Ran with no ticks or powerloss right up to the break. Notice that the rod is slightly twisted.

hole made in side of the block, just below the cylinder bore on #6. It also stamped the shape of the rod into the oil pan in a few places. Punched one out clean.

This was on my 50k mi or so old reman from napa. It was a great motor up till this point

New Stroker! 1992 block, same head with a valve job and some port matching. .06 over with a reman 4.2 crank and hardened rods. 4.7

top view same motor. 99 intake in there too, with some 24lb Lt1 injectors. And I will be getting rid of the crappy cheap intake.

Just figured I would share. I am hoping to find some more pictures of the actual build. I am also hoping to be making another of these shortly for the MJ
