Moab - June 15/16, 2007

I know this is a little premature, but I was wondering if any of you fine folks would be in the area at that time to do a trail run. My brother will be attending Grand Slam West at that time and wants us to join him. We plan on arriving on the 11th (Monday) and wheeling together Tuesday and Wednesday. Obviously, we will not be in a ZJ or WJ, so I will be just sitting on my hands Friday and Saturday while they are on the trail for their even. It would be nice if some of you locals would be able to take a far from home fella and his wife on a couple of trails in this amazing mecca of 4 wheeling.

I am part of Grand Slam West and obviously there is no guarantee that you'll hook up, but there are usually other groups staging at City Market that you may be able to run with. Good luck and I'll also put the word out to non-Grand owners if I find out they will be in Moab during those days.

Unfortunately, I won't have enough time on the way back. We will be stopping on the way back at Poison Spyder Customs and that's about it. Maybe the next time though.

Thanks for the input. A few people have mentioned City Market now, so that is probably a good plan.
