MEAT AND GREAT REDBIRD IN AUG 17TH-19TH

Just rolled in from the campground. Had a great time and it was good to meet you guys. I'm sure Hale will put up come pics shortly.

It was a good time. The new rock section is a huge plus to Redbird and I expect it to bring more/new/return wheelers to the park. They brought in 25 tri-axle loads of these rocks and are still bringing more. Big rocks.

I'll get a few pics up at some point.

Not a bad time at all. I've yet to upload my pics to photobucket. I'll get on that later. Rock garden is pretty cool, really glad they done that. Sounds like it's going to get better too. I think the worst carnage we had was Jim's valve stem! Not bad!

Thanks to everyone for a good time!

just got back to evansville. we went back out this morning and took the ZJ with us this time. we did alot of hills climbs on the right side of 0 under the power lines then decided we'd give the rock garden another shot. bent the tierod to almost 90* and spent about half an hour sleeving it with a jack handle. finished the same path we took throught the garden yesterday then decided to pack up. Chrysler had finally showed up in the parking lot with the new libertys. i thought it was a patriot from 50 feet. it looks exactly the same as a squished commander. our camera batt went dead but ive got phone pics ill post later... all in all it was the best time ive ever had at redbird.

Add a rear door & quarter panel.

Probably a power steering pump too. JIM.

Well if we're counting sheet metal, count me in. Drivers side rain gutter and the rear quarter on the passanger side. I didn't think sheetmetal counted, that's kind of a given when you wheel Redbird.

True, the 1/4 panel got munched in the rocks though, (the 10' I made  ) not sure about the hatch.

I'm ready to go back for more, been waaay too long since I'd wheeled.

That rear 1/4 got it when I pulled you off the rocks. I seen it happen my friend.:D
