Short bed. Here is the only pic I have for now.
Started pulling things apart and compiling a list of parts I need and parts i can salvage. It came with a bed in much better shape, just need to switch over the wheel well covers and build a new wood floor.
Previous owners also did a hack job on the wiring. I was trying to fix as much as I could, but decided to just redo the whole thing with an updated fuse box. I will start on that once I get the bed off and get my first order of business going....
HANDLING!!!! Ordered all the parts to get me stopping and cornering while also giving me a better ride. This is the setup I am going with:
Ez-ride air bag suspension - I was a little skeptical because of the price, but after doing some research I found out that the quality is good and stands up to the competition.

Drop spindles with disk brake conversion in the front - This will allow me to upgrade my braking and allowing me to get the most out of my air ride. I should be able to ride at stock height when bags are full and put me on the ground while aired down.

2" block for the rear - Will give me the extra 2" in the rear to match the 2.5" in the front. Will also give me the extra distance I need between the frame and axle for the bags. I will eventually get a bolt in c clip for the frame which will give me about 5 more inches between the frame and axle for when I'm hauling things in the bed or pulling a trailer.

Got all of these for just over $1,700 shipped. It will give me everything I need as far as ride and function and allow me to upgrade easily in the future.
