Did anyone buy the 2500 front end parts for a 97+ XJ? Seems most people are swapping from the older XJ.

I Did too, its going on my 98.

My shipping expenses were more than that, I had to pay $350 for oversea shipping plus $275 for shipping from california to texas and storage fees..but that's only on 3 sets..and then I had to pay for overnight papers (BOL) from China which was like $120 but oh well...

Theres no difference for doing this swap on a 87-96 as there is for a 97-01. The procedure and modifications are the same.

mine the boat came all the way to texas that was the reason if you have someone to ship the stuff from california to NH I bet its going to be cheaper...

Any updates on shipping, when its being shipped and when we will know what our individual costs are gonna be? Trying to figure out how much extra $$ i need to dole out for shipping before i go an buy color matched paint.

The stuff is on another "HOLD pending sorting". Gerry (BajaMJ) is going to go down there and sort the stuff at the holding place. The problem is the stuff is boxed similar to some other items and it needs to be sorted before they will release it.
Shipping is going to be done by Gerry when he gets the stuff back to his house. He is the one who will be contacting you when the stuff is ready to ship. As of right now I'm sorta outta the loop..... Its totally in Gerrys hands right now.

Ok dudes, some personal issues came up and i dont have time to do this swap any more so my stuff is for sale. I am going to look back through this thread later to see who is interested but if you are interested PM me ASAP. $215 plus shipping from cali for two fenders, headlights, side markers grille and headerpanel.

he does not have them yet. It sounds like he wants someone to pay him for the parts, then pay the order organizer for shipping from port to the new location. The order has not shipped yet, so you would just go into the waiting pool with the rest of those awaiting the order.

still fine by me... i'm just lookin to upgrade my front end. front clip is cracked, and driver side fender is all jacked... it'd be worth it
