Glad I could help.
Did you mock it up and test fit the stuff before sending it off to paint?

Thanks like I said its going to the paint shop on monday and should have it back by saturday afternoon was quoted $1450 to paint the whole truck, another thing I'm debating whether i should paint the middle part from the front bumper and rear bumper silver like in the new wranglers or just keep it all red LMk your opinion

Your truck looks awesome, and the quote on the paintjob is downright decent (if they do quality work that is), but I wouldn't paint the center part of your bumper silver. It looks nice on wranglers, but it will be a bit off on a red XJ.

Nice looking Jeep Bville....... But I hate you for the garage you got there! :)

no problem, You helped me out alot whatever i can do to help you out count with it...and about the garage yeah its really nice, I use it mainly to store my cars there since Texas sun is really bad for the paint, I have another warehouse where I do all the wrenching ...I'll post some pix of the modification done to the xj in order to fit the front panel, plus the pix of some of my rides...just need to go back home to do it....

Passenger side Bracket had to be fold in order for the front to flush otherwise it won't come close..

Driver side had to be cut and fold also almost hitting the washer resorvoir

another view of the same cut and fold in the drivers side

Also this two brackets had to be taken off since it was also hitting the front

Also this bracket had to be moved back a bit

some pix of my cars...

Yes, this is exactly what I knew we would need to do. Maybe now people will understand/believe me.

Thats awesome dude, thanks for the pics. That really puts it in to perspective as to what needs to be done. Looks like ti can all be mocked up on a good saturday. I cant wait to get started on mine, I already took the fender supports off a while back but mine will have to be fitted for bushwacker flares and such. I cant wait.
