well is it going to be per piece or per dollar spent, i ordered about 1100 worth. doing it per piece dosent make sence

I agree, I had a bunch of small pieces that were less expensive that upped my piece number.

we should divide the $900 by the order total $.

I think you said we had over $5000 in the full order....

which would give is 900/5000 = .18.(cents of fees / dollar ordered)

So for red XJ that would be about $198.

For me that would be about $110.

I like that better since $110 is less than $150 I would pay if we did it as $3 per item. Not to moan and groan or anything, but it doesn't seem fair for me to pay $3.01 on a $1.50 side marker, and then someone else pays $3.01 on a $48 fender.
 
OK since noone seems to be able to read the post i made 1 page back and i am still getting emails every day, THE 2500 FRONT END PARTS I HAD FOR SALE ARE SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD.

People still randomly post here asking how much the parts cost and how much the shipping is......yet that information has been posted about a million times already.

Of course people can't read!

This is very true, no matter what forum your on it seems like noone knows how to read threads fully before posting. Its just annoying getting the daily PMs about it.

Good point zluster, I think that makes more sense too. I just wanted to give you all an update showing it was actually getting moving and was doing it without actually sitting down and figuring out the numbers. That's what I get for doing it between calls and paperwork :looney:

No worries, I figured you just posted that as a "dont worry, the $900 isn't that much we when break it down between us all"

Once again thanks for all you time and money with this.

Hope you find a home for that HVAC bezel.

Thats exactly why I did it..... when I thought about it later that night and thought how it came across sounding, but it was too late.

About that $30 bezel that somebody just had to have but neglicted to pay for...... when is your birthday Sam?

To be honest.... yes.
But now that a Customs Broker has taken over the paperwork / Customs clearing end of it... I don't know what plan 'B' is as of right now.

That's what I was having trouble with...Broker took a long time and I ended up paying more fees that I had to..
 
Here is the current price list for the Jeep 2500 parts as of 9/19/08. These are the parts that they sell for it..... so lets stick to the stuff on the list. Lets figure on keeping the order open until the end of October so everyone can get some funds in order. I will not know "how much shipping" will be until we get our order in. But we can figure that out the closer we get to the deadline. Please, only order if you are serious about getting the stuff. Its really confusing going back and forth with changing order quantities. So sleep on it before you send your order over...... you got some time! :)

Count me in for those parts and my share!

so did you read any of this thread, AT ALL? Or did you just read the first page and hit reply? The order was finalized and placed back in November, and it has already arrived at port and is in the custody of the customs broker. There might be another order in the future, but this one has yet to be shipped to the end users.
 
Chris if I was you I'd make sure Gerry doesn't touch that order even if it means driving there to get it yourself.

Going on like 7 weeks with no word from Gerry on Comanche Club. Nothing shipped, no emails responded to, no answering his work phone.

If he's not outright ripping us off, then he's doing a fantastic job of appearing to....
 
I've talked to him (Gerry) several time in the past few days. He's down in Mexico but should be back by tomorrow.
He did inform me that all the shipping fees and such need to be paid by Friday the 6th or our stuff is going to a Govt. storage warehouse. It poses another problem because he only has enough money to cover half the costs. Initially he was going to cover the costs and then put it into the shipping costs when the stuff gets shipped out to you all. So, here's the uncomfortable part for me.... can we come up with the difference so the stuff stops accruing charges? We need about $500 more. Everyone is going to pay their share of it either now or when the stuff ships, but some funds are needed now. I'm aware of some of the rumors and such floating around, but we need a solution. I just don't have the money to do it because I already lost my ass on this order and the first one. :(
I didn't want to deal with all this sh!t like on the first order, so that's why I ended up taking an offer to have someone else help me on the order and so we could all save some money. But as things go.... this is really starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.



(1bolt) If I didn't live within a stone throw of Canada and Idaho I would drive down there and get it myself. But I don't have the funds to do so, or I would. And secondly, he has all the documents and without them I can't to anything.

If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to call me asap and I'm not kidding.

if i had more than some tail lamps on order, i'd definetely throw some moolah in the "get the fricken parts " fund. I can put in some but I think others with full orders should buck up too!
