hey in the upper control arm part...is the red stuff lock-tite? or what..i got this kit, and that isn't included and i was just wondering if that would help a bit?

I am betting that is red "Ford" grease....

Nice,

I have the same setup. So far I am happy with it, we welded that upper mount to frame rail. Worked out nice
Here are a couple pics of mine w/ 35's. Bumpstopped, w/ more room to flex. These are the only pics I have since I installed it.

No death wobble at all. Not much body roll unless the discos are off. I went to switzerland gulch the other day and there were no flex shots, tonight ill try to get some mall crawl shots haha.

Thats about the best I have right now, I didnt max it out at all, I have OME long travels that are limiting me. So I will just ditch those up front. I was looking at the Bilstein 5100s but they have an eye on both ends, anyone know a way or little adapter to make them fit, or another brand of 11" travel shock that will fit without any adapters or modifying??

Bilstein make an adapter for their 5100 and 5150's now. I just put 12" on with a threaded post adapter with 6.5" of lift. they work great.

i couldn't agree more with the 5150's. If you drive your truck everday and do a lot of highway miles you can't beat the 5150's. by far the best shock out there next to coilovers.

hey xjrrdx did porc even end up shipping your gears....? If not drop me a pm, im putting together quite the large order so if you want to get in, ill be able to save you some more money. And if you need 5100's or 5150's we can take care of that as well.

Looking good flexing it out, but like you said, you've got wayyy more flex coming to you with long shocks. Truck is looking good though

I understand the ache! I was wondering about the specs for your tire size, fender mods, and bump stops? I was wanting to try the 12" shocks my self. Just worried about the potential loss for up travel. TIA
