if it makes you feel any better I'm laying in bed in a pull off just outside of Vegas sicker than a dog. My heads all plugged up and I've just dropped 5000 ft in elevation. My ears won't pop and my head honestly feels like its going to pop like the worlds biggest zit.

This week is gonna suck. The boss is on vacation, left me in charge. Guess we get to see if Michael can keep this company afloat.
 
I believe he is delaying a day to see what the 4xbird thinks...

He wheeled it this past weekend and it came back in one piece. Its a great little trail truck.

I got a letter from the power company.

They want me to voluntarily let them install a device on my house near my outside a/c unit that will activate during peak times to run my compressor at 50 percent. This "cycling event" will reduce the drain on the grid.

They will give me an $8.00 credit on my bill for the months of May to Sept...saving $40 bucks.

They can go to hell.

How long will this be voluntary...

Tyler wants it, he just doesn't have the money. for the price he threw out, that truck is great. Hell, I'd want it if it were an auto. with like 6-something gears! Parakeet, you should really buy that truck!

I have a 5 hour class every monday in CAD. 2 1/2 hours of lecture and 2 1/2 hours of lab. so the test is on the lectures, stuff like what do you click if you want to do such and such, or how thick is a line by default, or how many different types of ways can you draw a rectangle, or what is the American standard of whatever. stupid lecture shit like that.
but everyday i have lab and have to put to use everything he lectured.

it will all be mandatory soon enough.

I'd like to know how they plan on making it a 50% cycle? Interrupt the call for cooling from your thermostat? You can't do anything with the voltage and the current without hosing the compressor motor.

He was ruthless! We got up Sunday morning and he said "I can just follow you to get to your house to drop it off right?" I gave it a spin around the campground and I was impressed, but I've only had the new XJ out 3 times and I'm not sure what I'd do with two trail rigs. He's got it priced fairly, I just can't quite get there.

Tried again yesterday to get my buddy to go for it, even offered up some interest-free loan money, but he doesn't really have anywhere to put it nor a truck and trailer to get it there and back.

Hopefully Parakeet will save it from the scrapper... no pressure! :)

I don't know, they said it would go on the side of my house by the a/c.

"During a limited number of peak demand periods, I&M will activate the device to adjust your air conditioner's compressor to run at 50 percent capacity. This is called a "cycling event." During cycling events, your air conditioner system's fan will continue to circulate air throughout your home. Events will have very little impact on the temperature of your home and most participants do not notice a change."

My outside unit is two or three years old. The last thing I want is to be replacing it cause the power company wants to reduce its capacity...bs

I'd say there is a lot of truth to this. I want a stock MJ, though. But I'm not looking very hard.
 
I'd like an MJ, but I do not fit nicely... Would have to cut the cab and extend it out like 12 inches...

One of these days I should start trying to drop weight... Can't do anything about the height...
 
I'm 6'4" and fit in my MJ perfectly. It's all in the weight.
