Sometimes the size of the flare causes leaks. If the double flare isn't pressed down all the way it won't seal, if it is uneven, it won't seal, ISO vs. SAE is defiantly another option, check your tool and make sure its the proper style flare you're making.

Last fall I started my jeep up, drove down the block, turned the corner, and it died. No warning, no starting afterwards. Replaced the CPS and haven't had issues since. If you do that and it still doesn't fire then check the Cam position sensor in the dis. IF that is good, its the ECU. I've had a bad string of luck with friends jeeps and ECU failing...
