Facebook is so much fun right now as observer. You got the Hillary people just giving up, Bernie people bellyaching and Trump people happy. Then there is me who would rather be at home with my wife and daughter instead of at work having block races on the floor. I called home on a break from cut ins and as soon as my daughter heard my voice, apparently she had a big smile.

Anyone know where to get thick foam like for a sleeping pad? Im looking to cut some for the XJ, hopefully either can roll it up or make it in 2 pieces to fit the xj floor. Looking at options for sleeping in it for a long roadtrip next year

Cut extruded foam board for the bottom first then put down either an air mattress or a memory foam type. You could also use egg crate style ground pads from camping supply places. The foam board will even out the floor and give you a layer of insulation for cold or hot nights. I use 1" foam and even as a FFG I never crushed the foam.

Folding down the seats and taking everything out leaves a lot more space than i remembered. Seriously looking at a platform in 2 pcs, so i can fold the rear seats up. Thinking 10" high, should fit a full size mattress with seats moved forward. Only issue is headroom lost.
