I was thinking a pair of long barreled, pearl handle revolvers.

He does kinda look like the villain from a western movie.

Had a pic come up on my Facebook. 7 years ago was my first trip with NAXJA. I wasn't even a forum user, went to wheel with some one from cherokee forum ended up wheel with a bunch of you guys.

I had an interview for a local place the other day and the HR person says, give me a call on Monday and we will talk then. I call today and she says they decided to go another route because I have too much experience and the supervisor did not want anyone that had that much experience working for him. I am fine with not getting the job. The organization came off as a bit of a shit show during the interview process. The reason just seems odd. As a supervisor, if I could get more experienced people I would have been thrilled to not have to spend the effort teaching them everything. If they don't want to pay for my experience, then say that.
I've already had one place tell me that my qualifications made the person who I would be working for too nervous and another that I would get bored with the job too quickly.

That dude doesn't want to lose his job to you. There's simple salary math there.
