What adapter do you need? Texas bolt pattern?

No, I am bolting a BOP TH350 to a NP231... I've contemplated milling the adapter myself, but I'd still need to buy the new 23 spline output shaft...

The ole lady wants a new ride. she is wants a ford flex, but there is a edge on our lot that is under our budget clean and has very low miles.

My parents have an edge...its a nice truck.

Once my truck is paid for I'd consider one for our next family vehicle,

Does anybody know roughly how much weight a comanche can hold? We have got our little comanche bed trailer and our getting stone today but don't know how much weight a comanche is rated for.

Can't believe I beat Ken....

It depends. A regular MJ was 1,400lbs. The Metric Ton MJ was 2205 lbs.

Got a lot done on the jeep today, nothing worth taking pictures. T comes home and ask if I did anything today. Cleaning the garage, I hate working when its messy and I can't find my tools I just set down.

Taking a break from cleaning, drinking a few beers, T bangs her empty beer bottle on the work bench wanting me to go to the store to buy more. That doesn't make me jump, it makes me post here. I will go shortly cuz I'm on my last beer too.

zj owners....you like em? going to look at a running driving straight 4.0 powered zj with a 231 tomorrow...wants to trade me straight for my cherokee project. his needs all cosmetic stuff (marker light bumper corner, major interior clean).......

There's no way a MJ was rated for 3/4 ton on a dana 35 axle and jeep cherokee axle springs.

Guess its a good thing then it didn't come with Cherokee springs. Longer, wider and thicker leaves do phenomenal things for payload.

The MJ had several different leaf set-ups by varying sub-model and year. Even the Metric Ton leaf springs have a number of different combinations.

And nothing for an axle rating. The GAWR of a 35 is 2700 lbs. If you could put 1400 lbs in the bed, the rest of the weight of the rear of the vehicle would have to be 1300 lbs or less. That's possible I suppose, but how much does an MJ weigh?
