bjoehandley said:My Dad has done it atleast once that I know, he was placed under arrest by a judge who accused Dad of using his work truck to cut the judge off on a motorcycle. When Dad followed the judge to the local sheriff's office the judge went around lowered arms for a railroad crossing on his motorcycle. When they got to the office Dad announced that he'd like to place the judge under citizens arrest for driving around the lowered gates and would only drop his charges if the judge dropped the ones against him. We heard later on that this judge was kind of an insult to the job and killed himself and his wife after he bullied somebody into renting him an airplane even though he didn't have the required experiance.
