Thanks. with remodeling both bathrooms, and all new plumbing in the house, I think we added quite a bit of value. next year will be the roof, expanding the deck and adding French doors off the dining room. slowly but surely.

also, spent the past two days raking, picking up sticks, and burning brush. owning a home sure comes with a shitload of responsibility I hadn't even thought of.

Threw a new gas tank in a friend's jeep... thanks to Billy for being my local Jeep emergency parts dealer.

Turns out it rotted through about 3" off the bottom of the tank, right where dirt stacks up between the plastic skid/pad and the tank wall where it's pressed together by the strap.

Finally got a chance to fix up my DD:

ZJ rear discs, copper/nickle brake lines from booster to rear, bastard pack for 1.5ish lift in rear, wj rims with 245s, new unti bearings, new pads, and rotors. Just need to pick up some new parking brake cables, shocks and maybe a 1/2-1" spacer for the front depending on where the rear settles to.

woke up in a tent, tested the trailer out in the woods. its amazing how it tracks, follows tight behind the jeep. Tows like a dream.
