Heres what I did today...

I butchered a 2 door XJ while wearing jorts. Nothing like a sawzall and a generator to clean up with.

Not sure if this is more of a Billy or Dan impersonation...

That's a hurricane/tornado proof screwing technique, I wouldn't expect a noob like you to know it
Given the last few years tornado history it seems like a good thing that we both use that method.

nice Jorts.....

Can't be ken, he's not wearing his official NAC leather jacket

It was too freakin hot for jeans or any sort of a jacket, you are all lucky I wasn't showing even more skin.

The rockers on that thing were beautiful, in fact the entire chassis was in great shape aside from some rust starting on the floors and the windshield frame being a lost cause. So we cut the rockers along with inner rockers out to put on my buddy's 2 door, $42 well spent.

Finally installed all me new 4AWG power and ground cables, as well as my new battery terminals and 150A circuit breaker in preparation for the 136A alternator install.

New cables and terminals:

New 150A circuit breaker to protect the electronics since the PDC mains are bypassed with the new cables:

For the starter wire the stock setup uses a combined power / trigger connector, so I used a razor to separate out the trigger wire, and attached the wires separately.

Changed the cap, rotor, and plug wires with new brass contacts and shielded LiveWire plug wires.

Replaced one of the upright bedside ribs on a friend's landscaping truck, as seen here...

Was 1AM when I finished, so I decided to do the other one tomorrow (today?) or Thursday.

Also nearly finished putting the remaining rocker replacement/rock rail onto another friend's yota. A little more welding and that one is done.
