thanks guys. i had a blast. i went to the vegas nhra drag race to crew on my friend brad personett's pro mod '68 camero. we qualified #1 with a 5.84 @ 256.72 mph & made it to the semi finals. then on monday we tested my friend rons '68 camero pro street & worked out some of the bugs until the timing belt broke. i got to stand on the starting line about 10' away from morgan lucas's top fueler, mike neff's, melanie troxel's, & a couple other funny cars launching at full power. unless you have done that before it is hard to explain how friggin loud a nitro car is on launch from that close up. i have been there numerous times & am still amazed how loud they are.

Yeah, ya don't just hear a T/F machine when they're under full power. You feel it thruogh out your whole body. It's like someone just strapped you to one of those huge vibrators they use to get air out of cement :wow: VERY cool and a hell of a rush.
