She's a beauty. That Hogue grip you've got is my favorite. What twist and who makes the upper?

1:9 twist, chromed, unknown brand. The upper is from DSArms. I bought it stripped. I'm not certain on whether or not its going to actually be worth the cost, but I figured it was at least worth finding out. Afterall, it's mil-spec... We'll see.
I too love the Hogue grip. It's got such a great feel. I considered buying an Ergo grip for another build, but I'm scared to find out I don't like it as much. Kinda like getting a different sandwich from Jimmy John's. I don't do it. Haha!
The gas block is YHM, the handguard is UTG, delta pack is from Midway off the shelf, charging handle is BCM Mod 4 (med latch size) and the BCG is Spike's M16.
Lower is Spike's with CMMG LPK and a UTG stock.
And thanks for the props. I'm pretty proud of it. My first build and I'm ready to do more to it and build another.

ok, now that I've got a sec. Went out while home for a few days and got to feel out my buddies Mossberg atr series in a .270. Now I knew .270 was pretty flat trajectory, but didn't realize how flat.
we were at range 1 of the new Carson ranges and were taking turns with the 800 yard target since that was highest setting on his scope and what I thought was max range on the .270. Well I moved to the 900 yard plate with only one miss before a hit. So we decided to go for the 1k marker. Yeah. That took a good couple tries to to get on target. Totally beyond reasonable distance. Aiming easily 20-25 feet above target just to get there. But a few hits in a row and I was satisfied. Very impressed with how smooth his action was and the consistency of round placement.
