im gonna pack my camping/tent shit in case i feel like busting it it out. If not, ill throw everything out and sleep in el Jeep. IM bringing the awesome snail cargo dealy that goes on top of my heep so it will give me more room in the XJ to sleep in it if i so chose to when i get there Friday afternoon. Im hoping on leaving LA no later than 2pm. earlier if i can get out that soon. Weds and Thursday ill be packin all my ish so all i have to do is get out of work around noon and head home, get the jeep and roll out.

i just got word that the place im getting a killer hook up on steel is out of DOM until mid november. this puts a serious damper on my coilover installation plans

how much are you planning on paying ? I've come to the conclusion that pricing on DOM is very strange !!!

I cant bring both my 30ft travel trailer and my jeep. so...

I am weighing my option of seeing if someone has a front seat open in a rig that will be doing a Hammer trail or two? If so I can offer a warm, soft bed in exchange.

Otherwise, I will just have to rough it and breing my jeep and just tent it lol..

I will only be out there friday till sat evening.

Don't know HAM info. Cell coverage is spotty but there, and there are places close to camp where cell coverage is good. The weather is unpredictable, so be prepared.

Yeah, Karen--remind me to ask Kevin or Mark what channel they use for HAM. Cell coverage is better than it used to be, though.
