Tera Flex is giving us a set of quick disconnects and some shirts and hats. Vinny said he was going to mail it too me.

Adventure Trailers is sending a gas can holder and again it is being mailed

Alco Auto said they would help again but they have not commited on an item yet but I check with them every couple of days

Naxja is sending us a box of old stuff shirts, hats, but they have not been able to get anything mailed yet

Cal said he was working on stuff for us but said he might have me contact the vendors directly but has not answered my last three pm's so I dont know if he is doing it or if I need to contact them, but I dont know who we need to contact and we are running out of time for the mail to coopperate.

Burger stop said they will help again but have not recieved anything yet.

For a cuase I changed my letter and said that we would donate to something at the end of the year but that it has not been determined to what cause yet.

Clint needs some more stuff for dinner. Does anyone have connections for these?

I have two ovens prob need least one more. We will also need two camp chef stoves and some char coal

the Checker in Draper donated a shop compressor. It needs just a little work as it was a floor display. I have all the parts to get it working right. Just need to get it to Tom sometime in case I can't make it up to the event.

Josh, I'm off till Sunday. Working on my Jeep today (hopefully not through the weekend) and can break-away any time. I still have to get ahold of Clint to find out what he needs. Going to check around and see if it is possible to rent the Camp Chefs somewhere, I don't know anyone that has one.

Clint has been in Yellowstone all weekend. I doubt he has got much done.

Both Ryan and Brian have the 2 Camp Chefs that we need, I have a 8 quart DO and Clint said he has 2 of them. Clint told me he has a dinner plan but I don't know what it is. Sounded like we would be buying everything in Evanston on Sat afternoon for the dinner.

Overall I think that the event went good. it was sure a lot of work and i am glad that it is over. I think that we could have used more food at dinner, I would have liked to taste it to see how it was. Also it would have been nice to have a little less rain. I did however enjoy the snow on the trails.

I am going to deposit the money from the event today into the account. After we pay for the toilets and playing cards and dinner stuff we should have a profit of $426.00. I would have liked to have seen more especially for the amount of money that there was in prizes but it is good for the amount of people that were there.

I was however not impressed with the reactions of people for the products that were donated. It did not seem like people cared that much and I was really surprised at feeling like people were forced to take $100.00 Gift cards. I though that the things that were donated were great especially for the economic conditions that people are in. I think that the most anyone out in for hands was $70.00 and they came away with a lot more of that in product value. Honestly for the amount of work, stress and effort that was put into the prizes for the reactions that I saw and felt it was not worth the effort in my mind. The only thing that made it feel worth the effort was the fact that I actually won good prizes. If I had not won anything and had gotten a thank you for the effort from the people there than I would have been happy about that. But really winning something good is the only thing that kept me from voicing my opinions there.

Don't get me wrong I had a great time with the company and the trails, but for the prizes I felt it was not worth the effort for the reactions.

Steve, you guys did an outstanding event. Sorry if some of my opinions about some of the prizes rubbed you wrong, but they are just that, my opinions. They in no way were intended to upset anyone. I am also well aware of the ass pain you went through to get those prizes. Everyone I talked to came away very pleased and impressed with efforts of you all.
