What about backspacing of the spare does it have to be the same as the other wheels?
Full Size Spare. Worth it?

Why not? If you are going to be getting new rims, why not get 5 that match? It is a good idea as well because if you have a spare with a lot of back spacing, you put it on and start rubbing on control arms/fenders/ coil tower, and could possibly damage that tire too.
If you are going to be rotating the spare in, then definitely.
