front tow points....check

I got the cherokee some front tow points the other day, One thing to check off the list, still need to do some other things to bring it up to " code" heh

i saw on the bottom of my cherokee i had two wholes, which looked like i could put tow hooks on. can i just buy 2 of the 10k lb hooks, and bolt them to the frame? or do i need that braket?

If you already have tow hooks, I bought the brackets off quarda tech for 46 bucks, they are the tomken ones...

im sure they can get them, but i was talking about the tow hooks. im going over to the local tsc to see if they have them. i love living out in the boonies.

that looks to be just the hooks, you'll need brackets that tie into the frame also, so you can mount the tow hooks.

those are fine, but need to be mounted properly, by using the uni-body tie-in brackets as seen above.

I doubt very seriously that farm and fleet will have tow hook brackets for an XJ. Hooks, yes. Proper brackets? Very doubtful.

Unless the "holes in your frame" are factory brackets minus the hooks, you'll need brackets.

Might be best to post a pic of where you plan to mount these hooks. We're not shy. We'll tell you if it'll pass WF tech inspection.

Yep. Much better to have it looked at and verify that it will work than make it to WF and not pass tech.

You may have to spend a little more now, but better than wasting gas $$ to park in the lot at the Badlands.

If funds have recovered from getting ready for WF and the trip down there then I will be there for Apirl Fools Run as well. But with them being only a month apart and saving for our camping trip at the same time I dought it will happen.
