Filarski's XJ Pre-runner build

Fancy.

You may want to run some safety misalginment spacers on those knuckles though.

i literally laughed out loud. you know you're talking to the "Flying Filarskis" right? I'm pretty sure Ryan knows what he's doing ;)

Take Their daym Tecate beer from the premises and they would be Lost... They are no different then anyone else, they just use performance enhancing drugs...

lol...

like these guys would take any advice from you.. :laugh3:

While you are spreading bull crap and bad information all over the internet with no real world experience, these guys are out winning the Baja and making kick-ass vehicles. :conceited

I must have missed that thread on pirate. ;)

never met these guys, I could tell by the rest of the build they seem to know what they are doing... changes nothing, there is not safety washers on those heims and there should be. they *probably* already know that, but this is the internet, and I can't read minds so I posted up. you have a problem with that?

so you would recommend not running safety washers then... good call.

Looks awesome gents. Keep the photos coming!
x2.

back to the thread, what size tube are you running on your tie-rods?

No need for safety washers. Everything will be done in double shear. Single shear would never live.

Tie rods will be 1.5" .120 4130 Chromolly.

even better!

looking forward to seeing how you do it.
