youu really think it is a CHOSEN lifestyle? why would they choose tho be descriminated against...

To get attention, just like all the drama queens, goths, cutters, emo kids and wannabe suicide kids. They wanna be different to attract attention and feel special. And there is no way you are convincing me any dude in the whole world is born with a thirst for dick. Sorry, it just doesn't happen.

*No I don't have any gay family or friends. I have worked with them before, but honestly, who wants to hang out with someone knowing they are playing Bob the Butt Pirate with you in their mind? Not me lol...*

You asked the question. I may make a few enemies with this but here it goes

Yes I believe that it is a decision. Yes I believe it is wrong. Last time I checked, I am allowed to have my beliefs. "They" want to feel better about their decision, so they want my approval. Well, they are not going to get it.

They'd be disowned, dead serious.
That is pretty cold. Would Cheney get applauded if he turned his shoulder to his own daughter? I wonder...
I wish everyone could walk in someone elses shoes for a day, what a happier world this would be. I just hope the Constitution holds up to Americas intolerance.

I hate that there is only 2 sides. If I don't agree I'm pro-gay. I am not pro-gay. I choose to be married to a woman. I choose not to suck #$%#%. When we got married we knew we were not having kids, yet we still get all the benifits afforded to every other family. I am NOT pro-gay. I am sick and tired of the Government telling me what I can and can't do because some idiot read it in a book somewhere. I should be free to do what ever the hell I want as long as it does not interfere with you doing the same. When was the last time you were forced to watch 2 guys have sex? When was the last time you volluntarily watch 2 girs having sex? When was the last time you were forced into a gay marriage? Nothing is being forced down your throat.
You don't want to pay taxes to support paying for someone else's lifestyle? Me niether. Churches should not be tax exempt. I should be able to buy liquer on Sunday. I should not have Christ's birthday forced on me. I am sick of loud mouth , self-righteous Christians forcing their lifestyle on me. Not all Christians, just the ones that want to replace our Bill of Rights with the 10 Commandments. The very same lifestyle that the Constitution says is my RIGHT not to participate in. But I live with it. It isn't the end of the world. I do believe in God by the way, and I choose not to participate in homosexual behaviour. That is my right.
The Government has no buisness legislating morality. They need to protect the rights of every citizen to persue happiness. They should be protecting our borders. They should be insuring our freedom at any cost. Good Lord! What got into me? Well I'm going to go watch some heterosexual porn and drink a beer. If the religious right had their way, that would be illegal too. Remember when it was? I'm going to hell for sure!

i hvae sex with my girlfriend...and that stuff but i dont think it is a chopice to be gay...they are how they are so i accept it...not for me but if its what they want...fine with me

We're pretty sure my little cousin is gay, we've know this since he was young. I hate to disagree with you old man, but for some it's not a choice. It's a choice of wether or not to hide the urges that they feel. Let them come out. Hell let them form civil unions, just don't call it marriage. Marriage implies a religious aspect, and the government has no business legislating religion.

By the same token it is time to revoke the so called blue laws.

Does anyone here have a friend or relative that is gay?
I worked with a gay guy in columbus. I honestly didn't know he was gay for 6 months, until he mentioned his boyfrend casually.
If he hadn't told me I wouldn't have known. Now, if most gays just kept it to themselves and stopped hyping the issue then no one would care.

Musgrave is behind in the polls. She does not have the support of her constituents. Social conservatives and Christian voters are abandoning the Republican party because of the many scandals.

Musgrave says that she is defending marriage, but quite the opposite is happening in Fort Collins, Colorado where her district is.
The largest threat to marriage is none other than divorce, and the largest cause of divorce is from financial stress and poverty.

Fort Collins leads the _nation_ is foreclosures of homes, and is leading Colorado in the number of divorces filed. The threat to marriage and family in Colorado is very real, but families are plunging into poverty by policy makers who are busy sending jobs overseas, closing factories and polarizing wealth by giving tax cuts only the the very wealthy. Musgrave believes that the rich are not quite rich enough. Musgrave believes that attacking a minority will change the subject and distract the voters from her dismall record. Musgrave ignores the fact that the voters are concentrating on two issues, the failed policy in Iraq, and the failed economic policies locally in her district.
Marilyn Musgrave has proven that she herself is a threat to marriage because she is a threat to prosperity for the working people of Colorado, and the voters will not let her forget it in November.
No wonder Musgrave is trying to change the subject and blame others.
I work as an election judge, and I worked the primary in August.
One woman who is a self professed lifelong Republican asked me if she could cast a blank ballot to send a message to the Republican party that she is disgusted with them. I wonder if they got that message. I sure did.
Musgrave is toast, as is Tancredo and Beauprez.
