battery operated sawsall and it only takes about 5 minutes to have a 44 out of a heep 10 if you have to use the 18v impact to get tires off

You guys are killing me. The time trial is down to 5 minutes. Anybody can remove a rear axle in 3 minutes, LoL?

Let's see, on the shopping list, besides a long list of Jeep parts, are now:

Cordless reciprocating saw
Cordless impact wrench
Cordless angle grinder
.....
.....

These got to be useful on a trail, hummmm

Or better yet the Walmart...there was someone on here (NAXJA, not necesarily SoCal) who got his stolen in a Wal-Mart parking lot.

i shouldnt joke, friends work truck just got swiped, right outside his house
get this though. he had a truck tool box in the back, LOADED with expensive stuff.... theives stole the headlights(faded), front grill, and the radio... leaving about $500-600 worth of tools in the back, it was recovered with a broken column of course

it was replaced with ANOTHER JEEP!

HA HA HA, just goes to show you the kind of stupid people that are out there steeling stuff. Well if i see it running around here in TJ i'll let you know :)

update: march 8th:
not much at either of the wilmington yards... one d44 in ecology (the one with the ugliest white paint job, youve EVER seen...), also some tow hooks and a front skid... and a couple waggys w/ d44 fronts... neither had disconnect hubs (dont know what that means, but ive seen em with and without...) there were also some grey leather xj seats in decent condition

norte-PAP was pretty empty as well

i sucked up, and paid for a 2wd front beam... oh well
also, they finally fixed up the muddy road behind ecology... it was pretty bad after all that flooding (guess they got tired of having to pull out stuck minivans)
