I've been a member of CO4x4.org for a while now. The reason I really like the site is because of the for sale items. There are always things for sale, and they are most likely close by or in your general area. I bought my rims from Tiffster there. But, whenever I post there... no one responds to anything! I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like that site is much less active than any other Jeep forum I am a part of. Also, my post count is wrong, for some reason, too. I don't know. What is your experience with the site?

It's the same as any internet forum. I've been on a few runs with some of the folks from CO4x4, and with the exception of 1 group of kids I've met some really great people.

I'll agree with this. I used to spend alot more time on CO4x4. Made most of the meet-n-greets. I knew alot of the more general membership on a first name basis. And could have conversations all day on the board.

Now its been years since I made a meet-n-greet. I hardly post, and when I do, its hard to get a response. Don't really chat wth any of the members anymore. I am pretty much out of the loop, and its to much effort to get back in. Its very clicish indeed.

Same sn everywhere, for Jeep forums anyway. I guess the cliques thing is true about everywhere, but I've felt lke isn't as cliquie, but I think it's just because there are so many users.

Thats hitting the nail on the head.They definately have their little "clique" on that board.I post on there but, like DJ said ,I dont go to their meet-n-greets, trail runs ,etc.Dont get me wrong,there are a lot of good people on that board.

Met some great people and sold a bunch of stuff off that board. It is very entertaining reading some people kiss certain vendors butts too ....repeatedly. The cliques are everywhere.

I've sold and picked up some good stuff off of there. I used to go there a lot more untill I found this site. Still a good place for general information.

Is your location listed in your title so people know if they are close before replying? I see your only a member of naxja for a few months, so how long was/is your membership at colo4x4?
As for cliques, all boards have them. This site has them as well and is only more active as it covers more states than colo4x4 hense COLORADO4x4 as apposed to NATIONAL XJ Association. You are comparing apples to oranges.

You can't find me there? Odd. I'm not trying to compare co4x4 or , it's just that I deem much more helpful than co4x4. Just me, I guess. I've been a part of both sites for about the same amount of time.

I've met some good people on the site, found out a bunch of cool information regarding the area, sold/bought a bunch of stuff on there. there are 2 forums I read daily, co4x4 and naxja, good stuff.
