Today I sanded it all and added some extra tube from the d spreader to the c. Also through on some 1/4" gussets to the windshield area. Ready to hit the spray booth tomorrow!
Also FedEx fuggers finally found my crate!! 241 should be here next Tuesday. Got a long weekend ahead of me with putting the carpet all back on. Resealing the windshield. New cowl cover and all the plastic interior back in. Still need to weld the interior but waiting on paint Job to do that.

Yeah I am just using some rubber end caps And seal them with a bit of silicone

Ok! Thanks guys for all the compliments. I do appreciate it all! New windshield installed today and got a new cowl I ran the washer tubes outside it for now until I figure something out..also just for reference. This cage has been a solo gig. All notching done with a flap wheel. All welding done by me I've put 50-60 hrs in so far I'd say. I'm very proud of how it's come out this far. Hopefully it shows..
All exterior welds are done. B and C pillars welded. Interior isnt complete yet. Needs some paint and sealing off the roof holes. Interior needs the cross bracing welding. And then the fun of putting it all back together.

Interior done. Carpet in the back is in. Insulation is on. Need to add some bars to the qp armor. Paint and touch everything up.
