collection of jeep stuff(build/blog)

Im jealous of all the tight bends man. It looks really good.

Thank you friends! Pretty much had to since I'm running outside the fender. Going to go work on some more today hopefully ad the d spreader some triangulation and maybe start drilling holes in the roof. I'm still up in the air about taking my headliner out though. I'd prefer to leave it in. Don't wanna chop it up just to get it back in.

Just make cut outs for where the pillars enter the vehicle.

leave the headliner in, hole saw through the roof and headliner, and drop it in. thats what I did. worked out fine.

Ok thanks I'll do that. Forgot my 1 3/4" hole saw at work. Did u guys go a hair bigger?

No it fit perfect like a glove.

get some automotive seam sealer- they have some at auto zone . Seal it with that when you are done. its flexible and way better than RTV.

I used RTV in a bind though . held up over years .

Progress.. Yet again. Front end is just about done. Just need to do the cowl to top of windshield spreader. The top has some triangulation to go and then it's on to the interior.
I hated the look of a cowl spreader that goes over the wipers and wasn't snug.. Yes I can open the hood. But only to the first prop. I'm gonna make a little notch in it so I can lift it up a few more inches. But for basic stuff its just fine. I lost my wiper sprayers. But I have plans to plumb up something new.

i see mr clean. So clean.

Dang that cage is taking shape super quick, good job. I need some of that blue meth
too... so fast build

I just drink lots of coffee and beer at the same time and then mix in some whiskey and then some cheeze its and it will keep you up all night to weld sh!t

Interior will be similar to Eric's. Minus the shoulder bar. I'd like to be able to take some people in the back on trips and little mud trails in my area. I bent a piece that matches the curves of the b pillars but was struggling to get it in... Story of my life...
Gotta take the dremel and make the whole a tad bigger.
