Choke Cherry Canyon?

Has anyone run the trails in Farmington, NM? I was wondering what the severity of the trails were and what you guys thought would be absolute necessities for a rig. Also would like links to site that give information on the trails. I have searched around and even googled and went through pages upon pages of stuff but have yet to find good info. All help is appreciated.

I was there twice in the past 8 years or so. It has been awhile. There are easy places to play and extremely crazy places to play. I didn't think there were really trails, it's more just open play land. You could have fun in there with a honda or a Buggy or anything in between. Even a sand rail on the canyon bottom. Jeff

thanks, im trying to arrange a trip out there this summer as i am in the lower part of nm, so just wanted to get some info on it. thanks

I was there last year and it was amazing. Everything from deep sand to 90 degree rock climbs. Trying to get back out there within the next year or 2

its like an 8 hour drive from where im at, and i really want to go. I may be going to the full size enchilada in Las Cruces,NM in october if i have my motor done!
