Jeep held up great! Bent a sway bar link, which caused it to impact the coil spring. Still came fast into the last pit, got it sawed off in a couple of minutes and got right back on the course. That seems to be the extent of any damage.

Just arrived in internet available zone. The car ran extremely well. We recorded the fastest pit time in Remote Pit One (zero - they didn't need to stop), It was truly impressive they finished the course at all, considering the difficulty. By mile 28, they were in third or fourth place, so they moved very smartly through the high speed stuff.

The car still sounds good, and carnage is minimal, though I did see some new beauty marks on the right side doors.

I got doors for that side if needed, heck i got all 4 doors if he wants to go back to stock.Trade for his half doors.

Glad they had a great time an they only got a couple dents

thanks to everyone who came to support us at the race. thanks to everyone who posted kind and supportive words here. thanks to the three people who brought me blue moon at the finish line. it took me a bit to get over the tears (i'm still not sure if they were joy at finishing or pure exhaustion), but it really brought me back into the moment.
