Thank you everyone for the grill offers. I still plan on doing Spiedies on Tuesday night, though I could be convinced to move it to Wednesday.

Now, the question will be whether I have enough Spiedie meat! I only have 25 pounds, which means enough for 30-ish people. I will also be making Spoon bread.

I have the BBQ grill situation figured out. Spiedies will be on Tuesday night.

Hertz gave me a nice Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. won't get the best mileage, but it's got sat radio, and plenty of room in the back for all the junk I picked up this afternoon.

If anyone needs parts or stuff, we'll be leaving Pasadena about 10:00am tomorrow morning.
