Cool...I'll be there.

Hey guys..Important question...

WHO ALL PLANS TO CAMP ON FRIDAY?

Also - I'm going there by myself, so I've got room if anybody wants to ride shotgun.

Yes, in case of rain you will need a large inflatable rubber ducky. Also, it never hurts to have 36 Spongebob Squarepants action figures around.

Hell, it's time to leave work, it's effecting my brain!

Duty? Military? Find someone to switch with. It is going to be blast!

is there room for one more on saturday for a day trip?

i'm down to go, but am sans cb, does that matter?
also, i haven't wheeled big bear, what should i bring, expect?
thanks

love,
danny boy

I have a handheld CB that you can use.

Definitely bring warm clothing, food, and drink. Along with the usual safety and recovery gear. Also tools, spare parts, extra fluids...

Always room for one more. The requirements are at the begining of this thread. A few of us are meeting Saturday morning off of the 91 and jeep-a-van (caravan) up the hill to the Big Bear discovery center were we will meet everyone else and depart for the trails. Sequoia is the leader. He may have more to add to this.

I am not sure about your CB question.

Thanks,

Robert

is the M&G still on for Sunday...

Yes, that's why I'm only going to the mountain on Satruday.

Danny, I've got spare CB's as well. Anybody else, CB's are not mandatory, if we have spares we'll hook you up, if we're out of them no big deal.

As was said, saftey requirements are at the front of this post.

Oh yeah, one more thing..

If you're delayed getting to the mountain (dunno what the roads will be like int he AM...) give me a call on my cell and give me a heads up, 310.621.1634.

Got them tail lights fixed? If not get yoruself in the middle of the jeep-a-van so the 5-0 don't see you.

We had a good run today. It was Sequoia, Sintax, Karstic, Rprater, Danny Boy and brother Chris, and me. We were also joined by a TJ and we picked up a Toyota along the way. It was an absolutely beautiful day. Not that cold (until later in the day).

We did Holcomb and headed up towards John Bull, but turned back because it was getting late. Lots of snow, mud, and rocks. And Sequoia had to take a strap for the first time.

Thanks guys, it was fun!
