Big Bear Fest, Saturday...stupid question

Ok, so some of you guys know me, and for the most part I use my cherokee to go fast (typically to chase for Jeepspeed guys) but my mouth is watering to go up to Big Bear with a gatheirng this big!! I would like to go for the day on Saturday, so my question is, will there be a run, where I will be ok without the rock rails. I do not have any on my XJ.

There are over 300 miles of green circle easy trails in and around Big Bear. Most of the green circle trails are family sedan friendly and would not harm your Jeep in any way.

Yeah, come on out and play!

Rock rails are not a requirement anyway. Just recommended on some of the trails.

I have ran with guys on Holcomb Creek and Gold Mtn (as well as other trails) where the Jeeps did not have high lifts or roack rails. No damage at all occurred. Just have to watch the wheel placement in some areas....

See you up there!

As the fish said there are green trails and we WILL have stockers covered.

Also if you awnt to go on the bigger trails you will be allowed. Rails are only recomeneded, just don't cry if your rockers get nailed :laugh3:

Thanks guys, well today I just found a water leak....looks like the pump is bad so I will not be joining..... Unfortunately. Do any of you know how much Pep Boys charges to replace the pump?

You want Pep Boys to replace the pump?
If might take you a couple of hours to replace the pump yourself,
just pick one up tomarrow and get your ass into the garage and fix
it....

Lame excuse for not going...

Jeeeeeezzzzzeeee!

i agree if you were closer i'd come help you a water pump is no big deal, just make sure you've got somewhere to drain the antifreeze, animals (and small kids) LOVE that stuff, but it'll kill em.

I would totally do it myself, unfortunately I just dont have the time. Going to call pep boys tomorrow and see if they can do it..........if so, its back on!
