Been to hell and back.

Those two were clueless.

And yea scourpio you did great. BUT you need to keep more air in your tires! I have a new scar from the little scuffle I got into with your highlift.LOL

hey i ran the same airpressure that i always run on trail rides, and that was the first time i've ever lost a bead. but don't worry........a nice set of beadlocks just moved way up on the priority list. lol

sorry about the scar, but look at it this way........you can't say i never gave you anything. LOL

We did go.... Ill see if i can get pics soon. I[driver] didnt bring my camera, but my passenger did. It was muddy. Worse Ive seen it. We got around ok.. My Jeep has a problem of dieing and not being able to restart it self[needed a jump each time but we brought a jumpbox] We got stuck 3-4 times. Once was at the bottom of a Valley and i couldnt make it up the other side or reverse back up, then the jeep died. But luckly a TJ came by with a winch and winched me back up. Offered to buy him lunch/money but he refused...

Pics soon to come.

I towed it with my Grand Cherokee. Overall it did pretty good. Accerlation kinda sucked. Braking wasnt bad. Didnt sway, dolly stayed behind the Grand, even in some decently strong cross-wind it was alright. Got around 8-10miles/gallon. I think next time I'm gonna have my buddy come with us and use his F-250 Powerstroke do all the towing...

I might buy a tow dolly... not quite sure. New ones cost around $1000, 1200 with electric brakes, or 1600 with surge brakes... If i do, Im gonna get one with electric brakes... Plus i gotta look into getting a better and SAFER tow rig. Probably a Durango or Ram...

Where?
I looked around and found it was cheaper to buy a full size trailer?

Dons Trailer Sales in Antioch sells Forest River tow dollys.
Adams in McHenry sells Master Tow

A buddy of mine is gonna sell his fullsize trailer for about 1,500 when he goes and gets a fully enclosed trailer for his dragster... I'll probably pick it up
