Josh just called me and pointed out that our friend is getting married that weekend, so we are both out. Probably should have realized this before now, but I have a one-track mind so important stuff gets lost easily. I am the best man so there is no way to weasel out of it

On April 26th I will have to start the next "Badlands trip?" thread.

On the lighter side of things, the Aussie for my D44 just showed up today!

i may be up for this trip but i have alot to get done (different lift setup new tires and shocks at the minimum) by then and it will more than likely be my first trip out in my xj i really want to go though so mabye that will push me to get it done

The only time I stay at the Badlands campground is for winterfest. The rest of the year they tend to enforce the no alcohol rule a little more.

Summers encourages alcohol...ok maybe not, but they definately do allow it.

That being said this is the weekend before we go to Alabama for the XRRA east coast event at Greyrock, I doubt I'll make it to attica.

Not that anyone cares... because I know none of you yet... BUT, I am going to be at Badlands the week of 4/17-4/19. We will have about 8 rigs and staying at Badlands CG - look for the guys running 'Mudaholics' stickers... if you see us stop by and say hi!

Just take a tarp like I did at WF. Attach it on one side to the jeep, and stake the other side in the ground. Makes a good tent!
