Badlands Nov 28th -noob run-

Still planning on being at Badlands at 10am Attica time. To Rewster and others who wanted to meet up at Rt.30 and 41 in Schererville, we will be there in the Hooters/Harbor Freight corner(Northwest) at 6am sharp.

Dont mind if others join us that way we can all get down there safely and if anyone has any problems on the trip, there will be plenty of bodies to help fix any issues.

whoop whoop! thanks for the help last night.

Got the steering box swapped and installed, it appears that its going to at least last this trip...I hope...just have my gear guy coming over tommorrow morning to help me reshim my d44 and the thing should be ready to rock and roll...

It will probably be around 10am for the folks coming from the fort. We are leaving at 7, by the time we get down there we'll be in the parking lot I hope about ready to hit the trails by 10...but it will probably be later...

look for my dodge with the two place trailer...

are you talking about the lot down the hill once you get through the gate?
 
Its about an hour and a half from there to Attica, so would you like to meet at 8:00 at the McDonalds just south of I-465.

I would say we should all meet in the upper parking lot behind the building at 10am. That way the people who are bringing trailers have some good amount of space to unload without getting run over by trucks going by. And everyone knows where the main building is anyways.
Just a thought.

Oh and what channel is everyone going to run? That way latecomers can get in contact with us and jump in when they arrive.

thats not a bad idea. i am driving my XJ to and from the badlands so either place is fine with me.

we ran channel 22 at redbird a couple weeks ago, i think my CB is still set on that channel lol

alright, i will let you know forsure if i will be meeting up with you there, i might have to go in to IL to pick a passenger up


then i got to talk to samset to find out if he wants to meet me at the rt41/rt17 cross near lowel

tried to get a test on the E way but nobody was responding, i guess i will know this weekend

Well we will probably be passing the RT.2/RT.17 intersection on 41 near lowell at about 6:20 or 6:30. So if you chill there for a little bit you are guarunteed to see us drive by.

all loaded up and ready to drink...i mean wheel :) we should be down there by 930 or 10...i'll attempt to get into the upper parking lot. i'll be on cb channel 12 to start with.

Have Fun guys wish I could have made it but after Monday, I'd like to spend time with my real family instead of my internet family! :D Only have to work 4 hours today then I'll be enjoying my grandma's turkey and noodles! MMMMMMMM!
