I had a blast also. Except for the 2 front axle joints that i broke. Going to try and do it again next weekend, but not break anything.

Dang, when did you break the second one? Good times wheelin with you again. Your new 33s looked and performed awesome I thought.

Thanks for helping me identify my front axle joint that is going bad. I think I'll get some spares made up too while I'm at it.

he came back on sunday and after a muddy run on orange he went to run part of of green back to the quarry (i had called it a day w/ all the water in the interior and my clothes were wet) and the spare he put in broke on an easy hill...so he said :)

we put an old used junk spare in it that me and chaz had brought, in the campground...in the rain...it must have got him home :)

mac 'trying to get the rest of the buggy parts together for next weekend' gyvr

It was a easy hill :D. I made it home just fine. Just found a place local that sells 760 spicers. Going to go pick them up 2 marrow. Then try it all again this weekend:confused1

Was not that bad. Only clicked every so often. Once again thanks for the spare.

no problem, i think that it was better for me to realize what condition the spares that I thought I had were in...

mac 'see ya this weekend' gyvr

I forgot to add, I was disappointed in the fact that more people didn't camp...we still had fun...but seriously... :)

mac 'its supposed to be much colder this coming weekend' gyvr

Are the 760 spicers what I should get, too, and are they hard to find apparently? I want to do it right the first time and I'm a total noob at u-joints.

Yes you should have the bigger joint. The 760's are better than what you will get at a auto zone or advance. Just go to the Dana spicer web site and locate a distributor near you, thats what i did.
