yes i have done a lot of searching here and on other forums.

i want input from people who actually use, and abuse these rails. i am looking at the 3/16" super rails. has anyone ever had a problem with the rails, or the mounting system? how much do you abuse them? have you dented/bashed in the tube? i know everyone says they are the best for the money, but would i be better off building my own out of some 2x4 square tubing? maybe use 1/4" instead of 3/16"? please input any/all knowledge, and post some pictures if you can too please.

A nice little video first...

And a few pics. I just kinda hinged right over these rocks, had the entire weight of the vehicle on the rock rails...no problemo.

Yeah, they completely kick ass. I got the super squares, the thicker ones that have the side step. They have taken quite a few hard hits like this one without any problems at all. I even messed up drilling two of the mountin holes, so it has 6 bolts instead of 8. BUt i've never had them bend or move around on me, whether hi-lfiting it or just smashing them. I love mine, great investment....if you can even call $230 an investment.

Yep.

Snort another line Scoob.

Site werks gud fer me.

Ive beat the piss out of my AJ's superrails....do yourself a favor and get the 3/16th ones....anything less will not hold up to any serious wheeling. Ive still managed to dent/creace the 3/16 ones but they are still straight and do their job. For the money, you wont find a better slider setup.

i had aj's on my last rig, good product but not this next time around, again
good product no regrets.
