Woohoo! Ted got his junk fired back up and using the age old proverb, "When in doubt, throttle out!"

Again....MORE GAS!!!!

Blue wagoneer was stock.

White XJ has about 6.5-7" lift with 33's.

Black XJ has 4.25-5.25" lift with 35's....I think it's 5.25" tho...4.5" coil and 0.75" spacer.

And as for the rear wheel wells, both the black and white XJ did it the same....cut slices in the pinch seam around the corners and pound them back with a BFH.

Dang I was thinking about taking my new jeep out there for a trial run. The hell with that I'll stick to the wall mart parking lot. Gonna show those curbs whats up

It was a great time, in spite of the cycles of rain. Those that didn't go--you should have! I'm also glad I chose to leave my stock-height rig at home & ride with OceanJet. I would've made a great speed bump for these guys.

Here's the link to my pix; I have yet to figure out how to post pix within the thread.

Thanks, Mike, Ted, and Mike for a great day! (And to whoever asked about trail time, we got on the trail about 9, to the top of Pancake Rock at 11:30, and back off the trail about 1:30 after spending 1/2 hr or an hour playing in the rock garden). That included a 20 min rest period waiting for Ted's flooded carb to begin functioning again (after stalling on a steep spot).
