Anyone know of good backpacking trails?

I was planning on doing a 2day backpacking trip this weekend with a buddy, and was seeing if there are any good trips that are not too covered in snow roughly 2 hours from Vallejo?

Point Reyes is great backpacking. It's absolutely beautiful, tons of trails, it's close and so on. Sky camp is cool if any spots are available or Wildcat ( I believe that one is right on the beach). I've hiked from the main office, to Sky camp, down to the beach and back up to Sky Camp to stay the night in one day. It was awesome. FYI it's right on the coast so bring rain gear even if there is no rain.

Check out the Sunol area. It's pretty nice out there

lake sabrina, i think its 395, down south a ways, very cool area to backpack
